The way the artist worked with the text to create movement in the man's face, as well as create a sense of tension and explosion of his voice with the text radiating from the background. The choice of color was used well to set the mood. It gives it a Jazzy feel to me, you can almost feel the voice of the singer, just by the way the typography was incorperated into the composition.
This looks very interesting!! The text looks 3D because of how it is located within the picture.
